Pat Vincenti was raised in Havre de Grace and lives in Churchville with his wife of over 50 years, Jeannie. Together, they raised their family on strong values and continue to run their small business, Vincenti Decoys, in Havre de Grace.

As an award-winning decoy carver and small business owner for over 50 years, Pat understands the challenges facing local entrepreneurs. He is a strong advocate for smart economic development that enhances opportunity while preserving our agricultural and rural identity.
Champion for Education & Public Safety
Pat is a proud graduate of Harford County Public Schools (Havre de Grace High School, Class of ’72) and a steadfast supporter of public education. For over a decade on the County Council, he has fought for funding that empowers students, teachers, and staff.
He believes that great schools and safe communities go hand-in-hand. Pat works closely with law enforcement, fire, and EMS professionals to ensure they have the tools and support needed to keep Harford County one of Maryland’s safest communities.
